I am a true 7.5 and these shoes were a wee bit too large for me. I wanted them to fit as I have another pair of Flexx slip on's, in fact I am wearing them now. The blue was not as sparkly as I was afraid that it might be. It had shine, but not sparkle. I couldn't really tell in the picture. I am giving it a 2 star as I have another pair in 7.5 but these don't fit the same.
