Always have trouble getting a comfortable fit in neck and chest. This worked almost perfect.Good look.Item as describedgood milani standard fit dress shirt with french cuffs to be worn with cuff links.Fit wellI'm 6'2", 195#. I worried the tails of the shirt would be too short. I've been wearing longs, but these work great for my purposes. I bought the 17 36/37. I would have liked a straight 36, but it wasn't offerred. Having a little too much sleeve isn't a big deal, but there's one problem I didn't forsee. The french cuffs will pull out entirely from my jacket and the jacket sleeves are cut fairly narrowly (or maybe not I've tried the shirt w 3 different jackets) anyway the cuffs won't slide right back in because they're french and it's like a flange or barb, they get stuck outside the jacket. So I fool with the cuffs to get them back in.The collar is a little longer than I would have preferred and in my shirt the stays are sewn in. I've owned 100% cotton shirts that were much more expensive and I've blown the elbows out in a few short years. The cotton poly blend should last forever and ironing is quick. I didn't use starch.I'd buy this agian, and probably will in different colors. The price is right, so if I wanted to take the shirt to a taylor and have the sleeves adjusted and the overall shirt fitted, it would still fit in the budget. If they offerred a smaller collar, I'd take it.Updated: I ordered this shirt again with the longest sleeve option. The shirt now fits perfectly in the middle (no tailoring needed), the shirt tables are longer and fit me better, and the sleeves sit correctly. The panel across the shoulder is still a bit narrow, but I really don't care now that the rest of the shirt fits nearly perfectly. Ordered 5 more. (My sizing- very long torso, short arms).Neck fit a little looser than expected and measured, which was nice, because I thought the neck was going to be tight, instead it fits just right. Sleeves fit shorter than expected, knowing my measurements. Fits small across the shoulders, which is why the sleeves didn't "measure up". Fit very wide in the waist; I'm thickly built and not athletic. I will likely return this and buy one with longer sleeves, but at little more than $20 a shirt, those are my only complaints, and I will probably buy several for my wardrobe. If I found a similar brand that fit better in the shoulders for the same price, I would buy those instead. What a great price for simple dress shirts! So the things I would have liked to know before I purchased:-The material is thin so has that slight transparence that is normal among dress shirts. Not a big deal when wearing a suit.-I ordered three shirts so I got to see that there is slight variations in the manufacturing of the shirts. Such as, the labels are in slightly different locations. Once again not really a big deal because normally we only wear one shirt at a time.-The three shirts I ordered came in two different packages. Just wanted to give the heads up because this caught me off guard after packages showed up at different times.Over all I would say this is a great buy for anyone needing a French Cuff dress shirt. Too often my dress shirts do not last long because of stains and what not so because of the simple fact that these are cheap and look good makes it idea for those that need to look professional on a budget. I gave this shirt a 4 star rating simple because I feel for a five star rating I should get a shirt that will last forever, fire resistant, and be this price.GReta product fits perfectly . I plan to order again
