absolutely love this shirt. I'm 5'11" and 260lbs so i'm not super big & tall, but i do have a 20" neck. the reason i'm saying it fits "somewhat large" is because it's too long for me, so there's a lot of fabric to put inside your pants ;) since this is a "regular" fit, i expected just the big neck i needed, but with regular length and width for someone my size. other than that, it's a beautiful, well made shirt, i'll be buying from Vinazzi again.
