The quality of this Dress Shirt is reasonably nice. The size most definitely feels like its one size smaller than your size. I think it's just simply a tight fit with very little to no room for your Adams Apple. I'm a 19 and I absolutely required 20. The arms lengths were appropriate with no issues there. My advice, please do yourself a favor and order 1 size up. I'm positive you won't be sorry with my advice. Again, the arms lengths were fine. I liked them so much, I ordered 5 more again, but this time in 1 size larger. That's about $200.00 worth of shirts. If that doesn't convince you that I fully support this Product, nothing will. 4 out of 5 Stars due to size fit.
