The shirts are a true white and are comfortable, not scratchy or itchy and they wash up very well. They hold up well and stains come out pretty good just need to pre-treat and or bleach. I am in the restaurant industry. I wear these every day and they take a lot of abuse and a lot of washes and they have held up great so far. They’re easy to iron and can come out of the dryer pretty wrinkle free. They are true to size normally I wear a medium. I bought a medium and it fit me great; if I was wearing it out or in an office setting. Since I wanted more movement while working, I went up a size and they still fit great
